This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Directly sell high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) solutions and intelligent power distribution units (iPDUs) to end-users within the European data center sector.
• Identify and engage with enterprise data centers, small cloud providers, and various end-users.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region to foster relationships and evaluate cooling and power needs.
• Oversee the complete sales process for smaller opportunities, from lead qualification and proposal to negotiation and closing.
• Utilize cold calls, site visits, and trade-show demonstrations to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
• Convert technical product features into tangible benefits for customers.
• Address technical inquiries regarding cooling capacity, HVAC integration, electrical loads, and PDU network management.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Solution Architect on substantial or long-term opportunities.
• Provide customer insights and assist in customizing proposals.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Monitor customer satisfaction during the installation phase and coordinate after-sales support with service teams.
• Offer internal feedback regarding product performance and customer requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or a related field) is strongly preferred.
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in technical sales or field sales, particularly in data center cooling or power infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the data center ecosystem.
• Knowledge of cooling technologies, including CRAC and liquid cooling systems.
• Understanding of power distribution concepts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
