This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems.
• Establish and nurture referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Provide education to providers regarding LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion services, encompassing IG home-based and suite-based care.
• Articulate LUX Infusion’s support model, which includes insurance reimbursement assistance, patient onboarding, and care coordination.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, intake, and operations teams on managing chronic and complex patient cases.
• Oversee pipeline activities and referral growth utilizing CRM tools, with an emphasis on achieving quotas.
• Ensure consistent, professional, and accountable interactions with providers.
• Assist patients in accessing infusion therapy more promptly and support physicians and care teams through effective coordination.
• Expand high-value referral networks throughout the Oregon/Idaho territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of pertinent sales experience.
• At least three (3) years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy settings.
• Consistent record of sales performance and growth year-over-year.
• Experience in selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, field-based role with considerable face-to-face interaction.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling abilities.
• Patient-centered approach focused on cultivating long-term provider partnerships.
• Background in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology.
• Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows.
• Proficiency in working with EMRs, CRM systems, and care coordination teams.
• Previous success in launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth-phase organization.
• Willingness to participate annually in mandatory legal and ethical compliance training.
• Commitment to adhering to LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as focus adjustment.
