Tendering and Proposal Specialist

📋 Description

• Examine tender documents to comprehend customer needs and project scope

• Create precise and competitive quotations leveraging cost analysis and benchmarks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical and commercial insights

• Oversee tender schedules to guarantee timely and high-quality submissions

• Evaluate bid opportunities and participate in bid/no-bid assessments

• Identify and evaluate risks associated with bids, contracts, and estimates

• Maintain clear and compliant documentation while performing quality checks

• Interact with customers to clarify needs and enhance their experience positively

• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

• Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement and refine tendering processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret technical and market data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM software

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Keen attention to detail along with robust organizational skills
