📋 Description

• Examine tender documents to comprehend customer needs and project scope.

• Create precise and competitive quotations utilizing cost analysis and benchmarks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect both technical and commercial insights.

• Oversee tender timelines to guarantee high-quality submissions are delivered on schedule.

• Evaluate bid opportunities and participate in decisions regarding bid/no-bid actions.

• Identify and evaluate risks associated with bids, contracts, and estimates.

• Maintain organized, compliant documentation and execute quality assurance checks.

• Interact with customers to clarify their requirements and ensure a positive experience.

• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement and enhance tendering processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in tendering, bidding, or preparing quotations.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting technical and market information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM software.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
