Temporary Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide coverage for a colleague's maternity leave from Monday, January 4, 2027, to Friday, April 16, 2027.

• Quickly familiarize yourself with open positions and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and the People team.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, values, and career aspirations.

• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates, including for niche or challenging roles.

• Offer and negotiate job offers while facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Monitor hiring progress and provide regular updates to hiring managers and the Director of People & Culture.

• Keep candidate records accurate and updated in Greenhouse.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a dynamic startup or agency setting.

• Practical experience with Greenhouse ATS.

• Experience in recruiting for both technical positions (like regulatory) and creative roles.

• Sourcing experience, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting methods.

• Strong understanding of employment laws pertaining to recruiting and hiring practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
