Talent Acquisition Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective recruitment processes and alignment with business hiring goals.

• Oversee, coach, and develop recruiters, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and measurable objectives.

• Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract and secure qualified candidates across various departments and levels.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and develop recruitment plans.

• Supervise the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding.

• Manage recruitment pipelines to ensure candidates progress efficiently through all stages of the hiring process.

• Track recruiter productivity, hiring timelines, pipeline activity, and other essential Talent Acquisition metrics.

• Maintain consistent candidate evaluation standards and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Identify and implement enhancements to sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and hiring processes.

• Ensure the effective utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to keep accurate candidate records and reporting.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline reports, and hiring recommendations to senior leadership.

• Take responsibility for recruitment challenges and escalations, ensuring that hiring targets and business objectives are met.

• Support additional strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives as the organization expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a similar field preferred; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.

• At least 4 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial capacity overseeing recruitment teams.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and job levels.

• Proven ability to manage recruiters, assess productivity, and drive team performance against hiring targets.

• Experience collaborating directly with senior leadership and hiring managers on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

• Familiarity with high-volume and time-sensitive recruitment in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience managing remote recruitment teams is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting for international or geographically distributed teams is an advantage.

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.

• Experience using Zoom for remote meetings and interviews.

• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, recruiter productivity, and time-to-fill.

• Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
