Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top talent with specific skills or expertise for specialized roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.

• Create and post compelling job advertisements on niche job boards.

• Review and manage applications across various platforms in a timely manner.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates.

• Build and develop talent communities for current and future hiring needs.

• Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share market insights and candidate information with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and career advancement opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Encourage diversity and inclusion through sourcing initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative recruitment efficiency enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma required.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training required.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting required.

• In-depth knowledge of and solid sourcing experience in specific industries (or markets) required.

• Previous sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Ability to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and address niche recruitment requirements.

• Creative problem-solving skills to tackle sourcing challenges.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
