Recruiter – Skilled Trades, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sourcing and recruitment process for skilled trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.

• Collaborate with account managers and leadership to comprehend client staffing requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.

• Accurately manage candidate data, employee files, and compliance obligations.

• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines.

• Source, interview, and identify skilled trades professionals, including electricians, welders, and plumbers, for prominent skilled trades accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles (excluding light industrial/manufacturing).

• Strong sourcing abilities and a proactive hunter-mentality.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage important details effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven capability to perform well under pressure, addressing frequent high-demand requests and needs promptly.

• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
