Temporary Marketing Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and create high-quality presentations using PPTX, Canva, and various other tools for sales, leadership, and marketing efforts.

• Maintain brand standards uniformly throughout presentations.

• Design custom charts, diagrams, timelines, and visual frameworks.

• Revise and improve existing presentations to enhance clarity and impact.

• Transform rough content, notes, or documents into clear and visually appealing slides.

• Assist in the development of proposals and client presentations under tight deadlines.

• Ensure that final outputs are polished, precise, and ready for client delivery.

• Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to prepare presentations for client meetings, executive briefings, and proposal submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio must be included or linked in the applicant's profile.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Advanced proficiency in Canva.

• Strong skills in visual design, including layout, typography, and information hierarchy.

• Capability to simplify complex material into engaging visuals.

• Outstanding attention to detail and consistency in formatting.

• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

• Applicants should ideally be available to work between 9–12 ET daily at a minimum.

• Must be available for occasional video meetings during 9–12 ET.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B professional services.

• Familiarity with sales enablement materials is preferred.

• Experience in creating icons, infographics, or custom graphics is preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools is preferred.

• Experience adhering to corporate brand guidelines is preferred.
