This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, conduct quality assurance, schedule, and initiate email, SMS, and P2P campaigns.
• Configure campaigns using EveryAction/NGP VAN, Mobile Commons, and P2P texting platforms like ThruText/GetThru.
• Create audience segments and implement defined targeting criteria.
• Establish and manage tracking links, source codes, and other campaign tracking systems.
• Oversee the campaign production process from initiation to launch, which includes asset collection, approval tracking, deadline management, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Perform campaign quality assurance to verify that links, audiences, copy, formatting, tracking, and scheduling are accurate prior to launch.
• Make simple modifications to email and SMS copy for production purposes.
• Address routine campaign and platform issues and escalate significant strategic or technical inquiries to Digital team leaders.
• Assist with ongoing recruitment and mobilization campaigns for national initiatives and state/chapter efforts.
• Keep well-organized campaign documentation and communicate project status, deadlines, and obstacles.
• Practical experience in creating and dispatching digital campaigns, especially email and SMS.
• Familiarity with EveryAction/NGP VAN or an equivalent CRM/digital organizing platform.
• Experience with SMS and/or P2P texting platforms; preference for Mobile Commons and ThruText/GetThru knowledge.
• Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in utilizing QA/checklists prior to campaign launches.
• Capability to take a pre-defined campaign plan and independently execute it through production and launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Quick learner of established workflows, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in highlighting questions, obstacles, and potential errors early on.
• Experience in digital organizing, advocacy, political, labor, nonprofit, or membership-based campaigns is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, source codes, tracking links/UTMs, and campaign reporting is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in assessing email, SMS, and P2P campaign performance and identifying trends or areas for improvement is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to interpret campaign data into actionable recommendations for future distributions is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus but not required.
