Telesales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present products and services

• Assess customer needs and align them with suitable solutions

• Achieve and surpass daily and monthly call and conversion goals

• Keep precise records in the CRM of calls and their outcomes

• Establish rapport with prospects to foster enduring client relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling

• Confident and clear telephone communication with excellent persuasion abilities

• Understanding of CRM systems for tracking call activities

• Self-driven and capable of working independently from home

• Goal-oriented with the resilience to manage rejection

• Availability to work during UK business hours
