This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Navigate through the complete store list during the onboarding phase to introduce the service and document each retailer’s preferred contact method, key contact individual, and optimal day and time for follow-up calls.
• Develop a precise and dependable contact database for the continuous call cycle.
• Reach out to assigned independent grocery stores daily to monitor stock levels and assess the need for orders.
• Adhere to call schedules to ensure every store is contacted punctually.
• Accurately take orders over the phone and swiftly input them into the order entry portal.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate current promotions, new products, and seasonal offerings.
• Promote incremental orders when appropriate.
• Establish rapport with independent retailers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Represent both the company and client professionally in every call.
• Maintain clear records of calls, outcomes, orders, and any issues.
• Escalate out-of-stock items, delivery challenges, declining order trends, and dissatisfied customers to the Account Manager based in Sydney.
• Provide regular updates on call activities and store feedback.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales, outbound customer service, or phone-based order taking; experience in FMCG, grocery, or wholesale is highly valued.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with a clear and friendly telephone demeanor and the confidence to connect with Australian retailers.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in capturing and entering order data.
• Ability to work independently according to a daily call plan without close supervision.
• Proficient with technology, including order entry portals, CRM systems, Excel, and email.
• Willingness and capability to work during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) consistently, including adjustments for daylight saving time.
• Reliable home office setup: quiet workspace, stable high-speed internet, and a good quality headset.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with routine, repetition, and a high volume of calls.
• Comfortable with some degree of uncertainty and energized by the opportunity to build something new rather than following an established process.
