This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth for the organization

• Finalize sales transactions through telephone communications

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Deliver presentations of products or services via phone

• Address complaints, inquiries, and customer concerns

• Attract new customers and expand business opportunities

• Contribute to the overall growth of the company

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience

• Demonstrated experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service position

• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets, ideally through phone interactions

• Strong familiarity with essential computer applications, including CRM software and telephone systems

• Capacity to learn about products and services and effectively communicate them to potential clients

• Proficient in English and Slovak

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Composed demeanor, capable of handling rejection

• Excellent negotiation skills with the capability to resolve conflicts and manage complaints

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
