Telesales Agent, German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conducting high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.

• Clearly and confidently presenting the partnership model while effectively addressing objections in real-time.

• Assessing interest levels among prospects and guiding them to the subsequent steps in the process.

• Aiming to achieve specific monthly call and conversion goals.

• Accurately recording call results and next steps in the CRM system.

• Communicating patterns and insights gathered from calls back to the team.

• Adhering to data protection, compliance, and calling guidelines at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German is essential, as all calls are conducted in this language.

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales is mandatory, preferably within B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition.

• A background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications is advantageous.

• Confidence in engaging with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.

• A motivated and resilient communicator who is comfortable working towards targets.

• Strong skills in objection handling and maintaining consistent, disciplined follow-up.

• Familiarity with structured CRM documentation and a commitment to high data quality standards.

• Availability during core hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday.

• Full-time availability is required.
