Telephone Support, E-Commerce Sales – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to leads who have expressed interest and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.

• Contact customers who left items in their shopping carts and address any unresolved questions that may have hindered their purchase completion.

• Oversee the support hotline, managing incoming calls related to orders, shipping, products, and customer complaints.

• Accurately document each conversation to ensure the team has a comprehensive overview.

• Transform leads into customers and deliver such outstanding telephone support to existing clients that they recommend PALU.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in phone-based sales, support, or consulting roles.

• Possess a friendly and calm demeanor, even when dealing with difficult calls.

• Ability to work independently and reliably without needing guidance for each call.

• Must be available for set working hours each week (part-time).
