Telephone Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to secure pledges for client initiatives.

• Adhere to the messaging provided and approved by the client during each call.

• Implement the specified fundraising call framework, incorporating appropriate political reasons and transition phrases as necessary.

• Employ active listening skills to deliver suitable situational responses.

• Achieve and uphold project goals and performance metrics.

• Exhibit outstanding customer service and respond promptly to the individual being contacted.

• Receive coaching and feedback with a constructive attitude.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hiring.

• Availability for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday is required.

• Additional shifts may be necessary during peak periods.

• Employment must be within the continental United States.

• Candidates must possess their own computer (meeting system specifications), USB headset, webcam, and wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

• A quiet, uninterrupted workspace is essential to ensure professional communication with clients.

• A background check is mandatory.

• The use of identity masking or anonymization technologies is strictly forbidden.

🏝️ Benefits

• Paid training for the first three weeks at $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher).

• A base wage of $16 per hour after successful completion of training, with the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour through bonuses.

• A retention bonus of $250 is available after four weeks, contingent upon maintaining active status in good standing and performance (working 80 hours in the pay period and exceeding $20 RPH).

• An additional $500 is offered after seven weeks, based on maintaining active status in good standing and performance (full-time working a minimum of 64 hours in the pay period).

• A referral bonus program is in place.
