This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Meet the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous approach with each customer.

• Participate in a 9-day training program: 4 days of theoretical training and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (minimum age 18 years).

• Previous work experience is not required.

• Must keep the camera on during training sessions.

• A laptop or PC is necessary.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor (6th generation or higher) or Ryzen 3 or better.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably through a wired connection.

• Windows 10 or higher is required.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal-oriented, communication and persuasion, and dynamism.
