This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Handle and react to incoming phone calls for customer support
β’ Attend to outbound call requests
β’ Record all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
β’ Address customer questions and deliver information within specified time limits
β’ Serve as a communication link between the claims department and providers
β’ Investigate customer claims within primary payor systems
β’ Maintain the highest standard of customer service on every interaction
β’ Execute additional tasks as assigned or required
β’ High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
β’ 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience in healthcare claims operations or a call center setting
β’ Prior experience in a healthcare call center or customer service role
β’ Capability to work independently with little supervision
β’ In-depth knowledge of covered benefits, coding, and reimbursement policies and contracts
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
β’ Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred
β’ Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones
β’ Candidates may need to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check
β’ Full-time, permanent position
