Call Center Agent, Inbound DSL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through incoming calls

• Provide guidance to callers regarding mobile and DSL agreements

• Deliver customer service support in a call center for a prominent telecommunications company
