Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Initiate proactive outbound calls to current healthcare members to promote the mobile app.

• Inform members about app functionalities and wellness advantages, such as making appointments, checking test results, and receiving medication reminders.

• Assist members in downloading and registering for the app via phone.

• Offer basic troubleshooting assistance.

• Handle sensitive health discussions with empathy, professionalism, and in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Record interactions, app download conversions, and member feedback in the healthcare CRM system.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and company quality standards.

• Serve as a brand ambassador and digital guide to enhance digital engagement.

• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office environment.

• A stable internet connection and a dependable power source.

• High level of comfort with smartphones and applications.

• Capability to explain digital processes to users who may lack technical knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.

• At least 1 year of outbound calling experience, which includes telemarketing, outbound sales, or proactive outreach.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, patience, active listening abilities, and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.

• Strong comprehension of, or a quick ability to learn and uphold, HIPAA privacy regulations.

• Flexibility to work any primary shift, including Saturdays, during the campaign hours of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, six days a week.
