This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL

• Offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines

• Provide information on plans, promotions, and benefits

• Achieve the established sales objectives

• Accurately record sales in the system

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service

• Participate in sales reinforcement activities 1 to 3 times a week during working hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Must be over 18 years old

• No prior experience required

• Laptop or PC

• Intel i3/i5/i7 6th generation or newer, or Ryzen 3 or newer

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably wired

• Windows 10 or higher

• Webcam

• Headset or headphones with microphone and USB connection

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Fixed days off on Sundays and public holidays
