Call Center, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing Claro customers to offer equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home service.

• Manage the OLAS campaign – Claro Peru.

• Adhere to a schedule from Monday to Saturday in either Full Time or Mini Full mode.

• Participate in a 10-day training program, which includes theoretical and practical instruction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center sales.

• Access to a PC or laptop.

• Operating system: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3, 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Camera must be on during training.

• RUC and Clave SOL are required.

• Completion of secondary education is necessary.
