This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and provide guidance to clients requiring assistance with mobile devices.

• Deliver customer service for Claro Perú.

• Engage in paid training sessions.

• Work an eight-hour shift in the evening, within the timeframe of 14:00 to 00:00.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a PC or Laptop with Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• A headset is required.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (wired connection).

• Completion of Secondary Education is necessary.

• Candidates with or without prior experience in Customer Service are welcome to apply.

• Availability for full-time work in the evening shift, within the timeframe of 14:00 to 00:00, for eight hours.

• Work and training will be conducted remotely.
