Call Center Representative, Bilingual Voice Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer inquiries through voice channels.

• Resolve technical issues related to streaming services and audio equipment.

• Keep precise records and update accounts within internal systems.

• Refer complex technical issues to internal teams as required.

• Support clients with streaming setup, hardware assistance, and service-related queries.

• Provide a professional customer experience over the phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish at an advanced level (B2+ or higher) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in voice-based customer support.

• Strong active listening skills and a willingness to learn.

• Capability to follow intricate technical instructions.

• A quiet workspace equipped with a dedicated noise-canceling headset.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher (no Chromebooks, MacBooks, or Linux).

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (10th Generation or higher) or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8GB of RAM.

• High-speed internet connection with at least 50 Mbps for both download and upload.

• Previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of audio hardware or IoT systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with simple Python or JavaScript code snippets is a plus.

• A passion for music and familiarity with Spotify or Apple Music is a plus.

• Relevant technical or university education as specified in the listing.
