Call Center – Full Time, Comisiones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing Claro customers to offer equipment upgrades and enhancements to their home service.

• Execute both inbound and outbound sales within the Telecommunications sector.

• Engage in a 10-day training program: 5 days of theoretical instruction and 5 days of practical application.

• Work remotely from Monday to Saturday.

• Support the OLAS campaign – Claro Perú.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in Call Center sales.

• Must possess a PC or laptop.

• Operating system: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headphones required.

• Camera must be on during the training.

• RUC and Clave SOL are required.

• Secondary education is necessary.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Willingness to adhere to Full Time or Mini Full schedules.
