This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to promote new lines, porting options, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Meet the sales objectives set forth.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous approach with every customer.

• Participate in a 9-day training program, which includes theoretical training and on-the-job training (OJT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• No prior work experience is required.

• Camera must be on during the training sessions.

• Access to a laptop or PC.

• Processor should be Intel i3/i5/i7 (6th generation or later) or Ryzen 3 or better.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or a higher version is necessary.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Skills required: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication, persuasion, and dynamism.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
