Teleoperador – C/S Experiencia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers to promote switching to ENTEL.

• Present new lines and additional lines to customers.

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established commercial objectives.

• Accurately log sales in the system.

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service.

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 12 days, with the camera on.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior work experience required.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Processor should be Intel i3/i5/i7 of 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or newer.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Must have a camera for training sessions.

• Open to Peruvians; campaign targeted at the Peruvian audience.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic personality.
