This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to promote new lines, porting, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales objectives.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and cordial interaction with each customer.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.

• Enjoy fixed days off on Sundays and holidays.

• Complete a 9-day training program: 4 days of theoretical training and 5 days of OJT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• No prior work experience required.

• Must keep the camera on during training.

• Access to a laptop or PC.

• Processor: Intel i3/i5/i7 (6th generation+) or Ryzen 3+.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or higher.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic.
