Teleoperador C2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú clients interested in portability promotions.

• Provide information about available products and services.

• Guide customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Work as a portability teleoperator for Entel C2C.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age.

• PC/Laptop with 8 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10/11, and a wired internet connection of 50 Mbps (mandatory).

• No experience required.

• Secondary education.

• Strong social skills.

• Proficient in soft skills.

• Experience in call center management.

• Sales closing abilities.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday in shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating breaks.
