Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both clients and non-clients of Entel

• Offer portability, new lines, and additional lines

• Focus on sales objectives for the outbound campaign of Entel Perú

• Participate in remote training for 12 days, from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% remotely

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps

• Laptop or computer with an Intel Core i3 processor or higher from the 6th generation, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 or higher

• 8 GB RAM

• Windows 10 or 11

• Solid-state drive

• Headset and webcam

• Basic computer skills

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• No experience required

• Availability to work 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
