Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL.

• Provide offers for new lines, portability, and additional lines.

• Attend 11 days of training: 5 days of theory, 1 day of practical training, and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Sundays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Negotiation skills.

• Sales closure experience.

• Sales management proficiency.

• Experience in tele-sales.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or PC equipped with an SSD.

• Intel i3 processor or higher or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Must maintain the same equipment used for the technical review.
