Call Center Agent, Presencial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both current and potential Entel customers.

• Promote portability options, new lines, and additional lines.

• Focus on selling mobile lines through an outbound campaign.

• Commit to a full-time remote work schedule of 48 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Participate in a paid remote training program lasting 12 days, from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel Core i3 processor (6th generation or newer), Ryzen 3 or newer, or AMD8 or newer.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive.

• Headset and webcam.

• Basic computer skills.

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• No prior professional experience required.
