Call Centre Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with their reservations and inquiries regarding their accounts

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

• Manage multiple systems while aiding callers

• Address questions swiftly and accurately

• Participate in mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Work flexible shifts within the contact center's operational hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, seven days a week

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software

• Personable, professional, and reliable

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

• Experience in a call center is a plus

• Only open to residents of Manitoba

• Full attendance at orientation and training sessions is required

• Must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays during the contract duration

• Availability to work the maximum scheduled hours in July and the first week of August

• Capability to work between 15 and 30 hours each week
