This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to promote new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the sales targets set forth.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous approach with each customer.

• Participate in a 9-day training program: 4 days of theoretical training and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

• Engage in sales reinforcement activities during work hours, 1 to 3 times per week, in addition to dynamic activities and spin-the-wheel games.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (minimum age of 18).

• Previous work experience is not required.

• Camera must be on during training sessions.

• Must have a laptop or PC.

• Processor should be Intel i3/i5/i7 (6th generation or newer) or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or higher.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills required: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, and dynamism.
