This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both customers and non-customers of Entel to promote new lines, portabilities, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and cordial approach with each customer.

• Participate in a 9-day training program: 4 days of theoretical training and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (minimum age of 18 years).

• No prior work experience is required.

• During training, participants must keep their camera on.

• A laptop or PC is necessary.

• Processor: Intel i3/i5/i7 (6th generation or newer) or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills required: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, and dynamism.
