This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the daily performance of Masterworks' client tracking ecosystem.

• Implement and maintain tracking tags, analyze conversion data discrepancies, and assist with the onboarding of new clients.

• Monitor and manage Piwik PRO tracking configurations across over 100 client site instances.

• Oversee Piwik PRO tag setups: including tags, triggers, variables, and container publishing.

• Review daily and weekly telemetry monitoring alerts, identify gaps in data collection results, and prioritize issues based on severity.

• Act as the main point of contact for telemetry tickets from Client Services.

• Assist in the technical digital onboarding process for new clients.

• Ensure tracking for capital partner sites adheres to Gloo corporate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in digital analytics or tag management.

• Proficient understanding of Google Tag Manager, including the creation and management of tags, triggers, variables, and container structures.

• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Piwik PRO, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar, including the configuration of goals, events, and e-commerce tracking.

• Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues using browser developer tools, including analyzing the network tab, inspecting the dataLayer, and tracing event chains.

• Capable of managing multiple client environments simultaneously without losing focus (documentation is essential!).

• Strong written communication skills, as you will frequently articulate technical insights to non-technical colleagues and clients through Slack, email, and Fibery.
