Telemedicine Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver telemedicine physician services as per the schedule

• Offer clinical consultations in general practice and wound care, along with physician oversight

• Act as the supervising/collaborating physician for assigned advanced practice providers

• Review and approve clinical documentation as necessary

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote clinical quality, continuity of care, and compliance with clinical standards

• Work with clinical leadership on matters related to patient care and provider requirements

• Keep all relevant licenses, credentials, and professional qualifications up to date

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree required

• Currently active medical license in good standing

• Must fulfill all credentialing criteria relevant to the services provided

• Residency in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia is required

• Experience in general practice, primary care, wound care, post-acute care, geriatrics, skilled nursing, home-based medicine, telemedicine, or supervising/collaborating with advanced practice providers is highly advantageous

• Ability to collaborate effectively with advanced practice providers in a virtual setting

• Maintain all licenses, credentials, and professional qualifications relevant to the services delivered
