Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and formulate tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Keep precise and current patient records while ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and handle administrative messages.

• Provide a minimum of 20 hours of patient-facing services weekly, encompassing consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically justified.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.

• Hold an active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or a comparable designation.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Specialize in chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Demonstrate the ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking skills.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Exhibit the ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Commit to evidence-based practice grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Be proficient with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Maintain an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
