Telehealth Provider, MD/DO/NP – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide extensive virtual care through both scheduled and on-demand phone or video consultations.

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual consultations.

• Execute evaluations for new patients and follow-up consultations.

• Oversee chronic condition management and facilitate remote monitoring.

• Evaluate patient conditions and review medication regimens.

• Deliver thorough consultations along with evidence-based care recommendations.

• Establish strong patient relationships through effective communication.

• Precisely document medical records in the EHR system.

• Ensure adherence to telehealth and CMS regulations.

• Engage in remote training sessions and keep up with workflow updates.

• Work collaboratively with the virtual care team to guarantee efficient and high-quality care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification for Physicians (MD/DO).

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses across multiple states for Physicians.

• Must be a Medicare participating physician or willing to enroll.

• Active, unrestricted NP license for Nurse Practitioners.

• Experience in providing preventive and/or primary care.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

• Comfort in conducting phone and video consultations.

• Strong digital fluency with the ability to navigate various systems.

• Availability that aligns with the scheduling needs of the virtual clinic.

• Must attain CMS credentialing within the practice, if applicable.

• Compatible only with Windows or Apple (macOS) computers; no Chromebooks, Linux devices, or smartphones.

• Minimum specifications of Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.

• Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor on Windows, or Apple Silicon for Mac.

• 16 GB RAM required.

• Wired headphones are mandatory; built-in microphones are not permissible.

• Minimum internet speeds of 100 Mbps for download and 50 Mbps for upload.

• Ethernet cable required to directly connect the computer to the router.

• Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces is necessary.

• A webcam is required for video consultations.

• Must have reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private home-office workspace.
