Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV protocols and state regulations.

• Perform Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) and evaluate client eligibility for aesthetic treatments.

• Maintain availability during designated coverage hours to facilitate clinic operations.

• Complete evaluations within the stipulated service timeframes.

• Accurately and compliantly document evaluations in SEV systems.

• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to clinical leadership.

• Provide coverage across assigned locations while remaining familiar with state-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to enhance alignment and improve workflows.

• Assist in the clinical management of adverse events through assessment, medical guidance, follow-up, communication, documentation, and timely resolution.

• Partner with Client Relations and field leadership, prioritizing client safety and experience.

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, operational timeliness, coverage reliability, clinical quality, escalation, and adverse-event follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.

• Must possess a minimum of two of the following state licenses: AZ, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WA.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses for all SEV states.

• Aesthetic medicine experience is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.

• Experience in telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight.

• Familiarity with aesthetic or dermatology settings is preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Strong documentation practices and a solid understanding of compliance standards.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.

• Availability for three days each week, including every Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm ET and every other Saturday from 10:00am–2:00pm.

• Occasional Sunday clearance support for marketing and promotional events.
