Telehealth Gynecologist – Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in partnership with a diverse healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages and tasks.

• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours each week, including consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically suitable.

• Be available for evening, Friday, and/or weekend hours as per the required schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Current national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Expertise in managing chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum conditions, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Demonstrated capacity to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.

• At least 80% of weekly contracted hours should be scheduled during designated evening, Friday, and/or weekend times.
