Telehealth Gynecologist – Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional care standards.

• Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Provide patients with education on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring timely completion of documentation.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.

• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours each week, which includes consultations and medical advice, along with prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Gynecologist.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience concentrating on chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Capability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.

• At least 80% of weekly contracted hours must be scheduled during designated evening, Friday, and/or weekend shifts.

• All scheduled hours must be completed in the time zone of the active state license(s).
