Telehealth Gynecologist, Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Fulfill necessary training requirements and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep precise and current patient records while completing documentation promptly.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.

• Commit to at least 20 patient-facing hours each week, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification: Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated capacity to operate as an independent provider with robust diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care grounded in contemporary clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
