Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Complete all necessary training programs and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep accurate and current patient records, and complete documentation promptly.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and compassion.

• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO from an accredited educational institution.

• Board Certification: Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist, concentrating on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking capabilities.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is essential.
