This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver telehealth medical nutrition therapy utilizing a functional and integrative method, focusing mainly on pregnancy and gestational diabetes.
• Evaluate patients’ nutritional status, addressing prenatal requirements, blood sugar management, and hormone-related issues.
• Oversee and analyze daily blood glucose logs for patients with GDM.
• Provide prompt feedback, necessary adjustments, and continuous support to patients.
• Educate and instruct patients on the use of glucose meters and techniques for monitoring blood sugar levels.
• Create and adapt personalized nutrition care plans aimed at achieving glycemic control during pregnancy.
• Coordinate patient care and maintain communication with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
• Execute Simplex Health protocols and utilize related materials.
• Record new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform.
• Address patient inquiries in a timely and supportive manner.
• Resolve work-related conflicts or issues effectively.
• Contribute to team collaboration and support collective decisions and outcomes.
• Comply with company policies and procedures consistently.
• Stay updated with the latest research in women’s health, prenatal nutrition, and diabetes management.
• Maintain a full and consistent patient caseload with timely follow-ups and continuity of care.
• Engage in structured onboarding, training, case reviews, team meetings, shared learning, committees, resources, and clinical initiatives.
• Registered Dietitian/Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Experience or a strong interest in prenatal nutrition, gestational diabetes (GDM), or hormone-related conditions.
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Pennsylvania license and successful completion of major insurance credentialing required prior to starting.
• Credentialed or open to obtaining credentials with insurance providers.
• Familiarity with an integrative and functional approach to nutrition care.
• A strong passion for women’s health, pregnancy, and gestational diabetes.
• Availability for evening appointments is highly preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is strongly preferred.
• IFNA Certified; IFNCP credential is a plus.
• Candidates currently enrolled in IFNA training are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in supporting pregnant patients or managing gestational diabetes is preferred.
• Must showcase adaptability in learning, resourcefulness, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and project management.

• Willingness to undergo a 3–6 month credentialing process if not already in-network.
