This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy utilizing an integrative and functional nutrition methodology.
• Apply Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational resources in patient care.
• Evaluate patients' nutritional health and formulate personalized, root-cause care strategies.
• Design and adjust tailored nutrition interventions based on individual patient requirements and objectives.
• Record new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform.
• Address patient communications promptly, professionally, and with a supportive approach.
• Engage in case discussions, meetings, and collaborative learning opportunities.
• Resolve work-related challenges and enhance team outcomes.
• Foster a positive, cooperative team atmosphere and participate in ongoing clinical initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Remain updated with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health.
• Manage a full and consistent patient caseload with timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal results.
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care.
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Credentialed or willing to become credentialed with insurance providers.
• Pennsylvania license and completion of major insurance credentialing required prior to start date.
• Enthusiasm for integrative and functional nutrition.
• Experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling.
• Must not have an active private practice or independent nutrition counseling business.
• Evening appointment availability is highly preferred.
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is strongly preferred.
• IFNA certification preferred; IFNCP credential is a plus.
• Candidates currently enrolled in IFNA training are encouraged to apply.
