Telehealth Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth medical nutrition therapy utilizing a functional and integrative methodology.

• Apply Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational resources in patient care.

• Evaluate the nutritional health of patients/clients and formulate personalized, root-cause care strategies.

• Design and adjust individualized nutrition interventions tailored to patient requirements and objectives.

• Record all new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform with meticulous attention to detail.

• Address patient communications promptly, professionally, and supportively.

• Collaborate with team members through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning experiences.

• Communicate openly and effectively to tackle work-related challenges and enhance team outcomes.

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere and ongoing clinical projects.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

• Remain up-to-date with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health.

• Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have a passion for integrative and functional nutrition.

• Excel in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care.

• Maintain current registration with CDR.

• Be credentialed or willing to become credentialed with insurance providers.

• Desire to spend more time with patients rather than managing a business.
