This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver concise, solution-oriented counseling services via phone and/or video.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ issues as they present.

• Develop treatment plans designed to address identified concerns.

• Facilitate referrals to long-term care and/or community resources when clinically necessary.

• Maintain a full-time schedule of appointments daily.

• Employ brief, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure client safety for those at risk of self-harm or harm to others.

• Refer clients to long-term treatment utilizing benefit plans and/or community resources.

• Keep current documentation for all client interactions in the ComPsych system.

• Enhance professional expertise through the review of telehealth counseling trends, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• An independent clinical license is required.

• Experience in delivering direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy.

• Familiarity with treatment issues and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

• Excellent communication abilities, emphasizing customer service and sound clinical judgment.

• Must be quick-thinking, energetic, positive, and professional, with proven multi-tasking and critical thinking skills.

• High-speed internet and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise are essential.

• Ability to be on camera during work-related training, meetings, and/or events.

• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.

• Must work remotely from the state of Florida.

• Must hold a valid license in the state of Florida.
