Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Complete around 30 client care hours each week, averaging six clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide care.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Employ telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s level degree and current licensure.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Ongoing, unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. without dependency on visa sponsorship or renewal.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Compliance with background and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Must hold full and independent licensure.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as required.
