Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Identify mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Offer approximately 30 hours of client care per week, averaging 6 clients each day.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Contribute to Brave Health's growth by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

• Fill out an application questionnaire and move forward with recruiter screening if there is a mutual fit.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time.

• A private work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed in at least one state with independent practice capability.

• Openness to obtain additional state licenses as required for expansion.

• Willingness and ability to provide 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
